I had a mixed experience with Encounter kaikoura dolphin & albatross tours. While the staff was friendly and the tour itself was enjoyable, I felt that it could have been better. The boat was crowded, and it was difficult to fully appreciate the dolphins and albatross. However, the captain did his best to provide information and ensure everyone's safety.
