My stay at Acrotel was disappointing. The customer service was subpar, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing a satisfactory experience. The room was not properly cleaned, and the amenities were below average. The website was also difficult to navigate, which made the booking process frustrating. I would not choose Acrotel again in the future.
