As a customer, I visited Butts Mill Farm and had an average experience. 👌🏼 Despite the visually appealing website, I found the overall service to be average. The farm had a nice variety of animals, but some enclosures were in need of maintenance. 🐏 The staff was friendly and informative, providing adequate guidance. However, the pricing seemed slightly high for the limited activities available. 💸 The gift shop lacked unique souvenirs, and the café menu was quite basic, lacking options for dietary restrictions. 🛍️🍔 While the farm offered picturesque views, the overall experience didn't leave a lasting impression. It could definitely benefit from more attractions and a greater focus on customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, it's a decent place to spend a few hours with family, especially for those seeking a simple farm experience.
