I recently purchased some products from this company and found the quality to be average. The customer service was just okay, as I had to wait a long time for assistance. The variety of products offered is good, but I wish there were more options to choose from. The shipping was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates. Overall, it's a decent company, but there's definitely room for improvement in various aspects of their service. I hope they can work on enhancing their customer experience for better satisfaction. 👍🏼
