I am a CUSTOMER, and I would rate Houzz as average. 🤷‍♀️ While the quality of their work is satisfactory, there were some communication issues during the project. The team was responsive, but it took longer than expected to address certain concerns. Overall, the outcome was decent, but there is room for improvement.
