I recently had the opportunity to work with a software development company based in Boston. I must say, my overall experience with them was just average. The company's website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, allowing me to find the information I needed quite effortlessly. However, I found their programming services to be satisfactory at best. The quality of their work was decent, but there was nothing particularly outstanding about it. The team lacked creativity and innovation, which made the end results feel somewhat lackluster. Additionally, the customer service could have been improved. Though they were responsive, the communication lacked a personal touch and often felt impersonal. On the bright side, their pricing was reasonable and competitive. In summary, while they were able to deliver a functional product, I was hoping for more in terms of creativity and personalized customer experience.
