I recently completed the culinary program at Maysville Community Technical College and overall, it was a decent experience. The curriculum covered the basics of cooking techniques and food preparation. However, I feel that there could have been more emphasis on creativity and innovation. The instructors were helpful, but sometimes lacked enthusiasm. I also wish there were more opportunities for real-world experience. Nevertheless, I appreciate the knowledge I gained from this program.
