My experience with the Pilates teacher training course was positive overall. The instructors were knowledgeable and approachable, answering any questions I had. The course material provided a solid foundation in teaching Pilates. The practice sessions were helpful for gaining confidence and applying what we learned. I believe the training has prepared me well to teach Pilates to clients of different skill levels. I appreciate the support and guidance I received throughout the course.
