I have been using Scottish Borders Council service...

I have been using Scottish Borders Council services for a while now, and I must say that my experience has been less than satisfactory. The website is outdated and difficult to navigate. It lacks important information, which makes it frustrating to use. Moreover, the response times are slow, and the customer service is not up to par. Improvement is much needed.
