I recently used Notarygo for my mortgage closing and I must say, the experience was average. The notary arrived on time and completed the paperwork efficiently. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed disinterested. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better service.
