I recently had the opportunity to use the services of We-initiative and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the overall process was smooth. However, I did have a few issues with the customer support. The response time was slower than expected and the representative was not very helpful. Nonetheless, I appreciate their efforts and hope they work on improving these areas. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
