The website had a decent variety of cleaning products, but I found the overall shopping experience to be average. The layout of the website was a bit confusing, making it difficult to navigate and find what I was looking for. Additionally, the product descriptions lacked detail, making it hard to determine if a product was the right fit for my needs. The checkout process was smooth and I received my order in a timely manner, which I appreciate. However, the customer service was lacking, as I reached out with a question and never received a response. Overall, the website offers some good products, but improvements in user experience and customer support would be beneficial.
