I recently had the opportunity to work with a real estate group and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. The agents were professional and courteous, but I felt like there was a lack of personalization and attention to detail. While they were knowledgeable about the properties they showed me, I felt like they could have been more proactive in providing additional options that matched my preferences. The communication could have been improved as well, as I sometimes had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Despite these shortcomings, the transaction went smoothly and the paperwork was handled efficiently. Overall, my experience was satisfactory but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to individual needs.
