I recently had the opportunity to engage with a real estate development company based in Saudi Arabia, and overall, my experience was average. While the company's website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their projects, I found the overall customer service to be quite average. The response time to my inquiries was reasonable, but the level of communication lacked a personal touch.

In terms of the projects themselves, they seemed promising, with visually appealing designs and a focus on sustainability. However, I would have appreciated more transparency regarding pricing and availability. It would have been helpful to have a clear breakdown of costs and payment plans upfront.

Although the company had an average performance, I believe they have potential for improvement. With increased attention to customer service and better transparency, they could enhance the overall experience for their clients.
