I recently used a financial services company to assist with my investment portfolio, and I found their services to be average. The company provided basic financial advice and portfolio management, but I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to tailor their services to my specific needs. The communication was adequate, but I wish they had been more proactive in keeping me updated on the performance of my investments. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of personalized service and attention to detail.
