I recently tried out the services from this company after hearing about it from a friend. I found the website to be quite user-friendly, and the process of buying and selling items was relatively easy. However, I did encounter some issues with the accuracy of the product descriptions, which was a bit disappointing. The customer service was helpful in resolving the problem, but it did take some time to get it sorted out. Overall, my experience was average. I think there's room for improvement, especially in ensuring that the descriptions of items are more accurate and that the customer service response time is quicker. I might consider giving it another try in the future, but for now, it's just okay.
