I've had a mixed experience with Splashdirect. While their product range is impressive and their prices are competitive, the quality of some of their items was not up to par. I had to return a couple of products due to defects. However, the customer service team was helpful and offered a replacement. They managed to rectify the situation satisfactorily, but it was still a bit of an inconvenience. I hope they improve the quality control so that all their products meet the expected standards.
