I've been taking classes at the pilates institute in Switzerland and I'm really enjoying it! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and create a positive and relaxing atmosphere. The exercises are challenging but also adaptable to different fitness levels. I've noticed improvements in my core strength and flexibility since starting the classes.
