I find Realme to be an average company. Their products are decent, but nothing outstanding. The website realme.com is easy to navigate and has good product descriptions. However, their customer service could use some improvement. When I had an issue with one of their devices, it took a long time to get a response and the solution provided was not satisfactory. Overall, I would say Realme is just okay.
