I had an average experience with Airfi's in-flight...

I had an average experience with Airfi's in-flight Wi-Fi. The connection was stable most of the time, but there were occasional slowdowns. The customer service was helpful in resolving my queries, but the response time could have been better. Overall, it was a decent experience.
