I recently ordered some steel tubular products from this company. 🛠️ The website was user-friendly and made it easy to find the products I needed. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. The products themselves were of average quality, nothing exceptional. On the positive side, the delivery was on time and the packaging was secure. Overall, my experience was okay, not great, not terrible. I might consider giving them another chance, but I hope they can improve their communication and customer service. 🤔
