I recently had the opportunity to work with a construction company for my home renovation project. Although my experience with Momentum Construction LLC was average, I appreciate their professionalism and adherence to timelines. The team was decently skilled and completed the project within the estimated timeframe, which was a relief. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customer service. At times, it was challenging to get in touch with them and get updates on the progress. Additionally, some minor details were overlooked during the renovation process, which could have been easily fixed with better attention to detail. Overall, Momentum Construction LLC is an average construction company, and while they delivered a satisfactory outcome, their communication and attention to detail need to be improved for a more seamless customer experience.
