As a customer, I recently availed the services of a laser cutting company and decided to give Advance Laser Cutting a try. Their website, alclaser.com.au, provided all the necessary information and their pricing seemed reasonable. On contacting them, I found their customer service to be adequate, with prompt response to my inquiries.

However, my experience with their actual cutting services was average. While they completed the job within the promised timeframe, the precision of the cuts was not up to the mark. There were some minor deviations from the specifications provided, which was a bit disappointing.

The overall quality of the products was satisfactory, but not exceptional. I found a few rough edges and imperfections in the finished pieces. It would have been great if they paid more attention to the finer details.

Despite the average experience, I appreciate their professionalism and adherence to delivery timelines. However, for higher precision requirements, I might explore other options in the future.
