As a customer of the City of Harlem, Georgia, I have to say that their services are average. Although they get the job done, there is definitely room for improvement. The website, harlemga.org, is informative but lacks user-friendly features. It would be great if they could update it to be more modern and intuitive. Overall, I think the City of Harlem, Georgia is doing a decent job, but there is definitely room for growth.
