Csb Marketing, Inc. is a decent marketing company. They have good expertise in their field and deliver satisfactory results. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication and responsiveness. There were instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. Overall, they provided a fair service, but I believe they can enhance their customer experience.
