I recently applied for a loan with this company and was generally satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. The application process was relatively straightforward, and I appreciated the quick response time. The customer service team was helpful and responsive, but I felt that they could have been more proactive in providing updates and keeping me informed throughout the process. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
