I recently used the services of "Tu orden" and had a fairly average experience. While the website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products, I found the overall process to be quite average. The delivery time was within the stipulated timeframe, but I expected slightly faster service considering the proximity of my location. The packaging could have been better as my order arrived slightly damaged. Customer service was responsive but could have been more proactive in addressing my concerns. However, the prices were competitive, and the overall quality of the product was satisfactory. I appreciate the effort, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of delivery speed and customer service.
