I've had a mixed experience with Mako Shark Electric LLC. While their products are good, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had a few issues with my electric scooter and it took a while to get them resolved. However, once the issues were resolved, the scooter has been working great. Overall, I think Mako Shark Electric LLC is a decent company, but there's room for improvement.
