I recently visited The English Rose tea room and it was a delightful experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially enjoyed the scones with clotted cream and fresh strawberries. The tea room had a cozy and charming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend The English Rose to anyone in Luton.
