I had a rather mixed experience with Northwest regional workforce investment board. While some of the services they offer are beneficial, I found that the staff lacked enthusiasm and energy. It felt like they were just going through the motions, and I didn't feel truly supported. It's a shame because I had high hopes for this organization.
