Satplat is an average company. I have used their services for a year now and have had a mediocre experience overall. The website is user-friendly, but the customer service is lacking. I had a few issues with my account and it took multiple attempts to get a response from their support team. The rate they charge for their services is reasonable, but I expected better customer service. I hope they improve in the future.
