I recently visited 🚗💼Southern Motors Acura dealership and had an average experience. The staff was 👍👍 friendly and knowledgeable, but the overall process felt a bit slow and unorganized. Although the website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of vehicles, the actual in-person inventory was somewhat limited. The salesperson I worked with was helpful and patient, but I felt slightly neglected at times. 🏎️ The test drive was enjoyable and the car itself was in decent condition. However, the negotiation process was a bit frustrating, as it took longer than I expected to reach a mutually agreeable price. 🤷‍♂️ Overall, Southern Motors Acura provided an average, neither outstanding nor disappointing, car buying experience.
