I recently joined this credit union and have been overall satisfied with their services. The website is user-friendly and makes it easy to access my accounts and perform transactions. The staff members I have interacted with have been polite and helpful. However, I have noticed some issues with the website's functionality at times, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the interest rates on the savings accounts are not as competitive as I had hoped. It would be great if they could offer more competitive rates to attract more customers. Overall, this credit union provides average service.
