I recently had my car repaired at this body shop and overall, it was an average experience. 🤷‍♂️ The staff was friendly and professional, but communication was a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get updates on the progress of the repairs and I had to frequently follow up myself. 😕 The quality of the repair work was satisfactory, but not exceptional. There were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed afterwards. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing basic information about the services offered. However, it would have been helpful to have more detailed information about the repair process and estimated costs. 💻 While the pricing was reasonable, it would have been great to see some sort of discount or incentive offered to customers. Overall, I would consider using this body shop again if needed, but I would also explore other options in the area. 😐
