I have been a customer of Tianjin ruijie steel pipe co.,ltd for several years now and I must say that their products and services are average. The quality of their steel pipes is decent and their delivery is usually on time. However, the customer service could be improved. Sometimes it takes a long time to get a response to my inquiries and the staff doesn't always seem knowledgeable. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
