I recently purchased a solar-powered generator from this company and overall, I had an average experience. The website was user-friendly, and the ordering process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in responsiveness when I had some questions about the product. The delivery was on time, but the packaging could have been more secure as the product had a small scratch upon arrival. The generator itself works well and is efficient, but I wish there were more detailed instructions included. In terms of value for money, I believe there are better options out there. Overall, it's an average company with room for improvement in customer service and product information.
