As a customer, I found the services provided by this company to be satisfactory. The staff was generally helpful and responsive to my inquiries, and the maintenance team was able to address any issues in a timely manner. However, the communication could be improved, as there were times when I felt a lack of clarity regarding certain processes and procedures. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. I appreciate the efforts made by the company to maintain the properties and provide a comfortable living environment, but there are areas where they could enhance their services to better meet the needs of their customers.
