I've been a patient at Cape Breton District Health Authority for several years now, and I must say that the quality of care they provide is average at best. The doctors and nurses are competent, but I feel like there is room for improvement in terms of the overall patient experience. The wait times can be quite long, and the staff sometimes comes off as indifferent. It's not a terrible healthcare provider, but it's definitely not exceptional either.
