The company has a good reputation, and their website idfcinstitute.org showcases their commitment to research and innovation. However, I personally had a mixed experience working there. The team I was in lacked proper coordination and the workload was overwhelming at times. Despite these challenges, I appreciate the learning opportunities I had at Idfc institute.
