I had a mixed experience with Energy Efficient Solutions LLC. While their website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information, their customer service left much to be desired. It took them a long time to respond to my queries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. However, the energy-efficient solution they provided did work well and helped me save on my energy bills. Overall, I am satisfied with the product but disappointed with the customer service.
