I had an average experience with Famsa, inc. Their website famsa-usa.com is easy to navigate and their customer service was satisfactory. However, I had some issues with the delivery of my order. It took longer than expected to arrive and the delivery person was not very friendly. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
