The experience with this company was quite average. While the website provided a good showcase of their products, the communication and follow-up during the ordering process could have been improved. The custom windows and doors were of good quality but the lead time for delivery was longer than expected. The installation process went smoothly, and the final product looks great. However, for the price paid, I was hoping for a more seamless customer service experience. Overall, the product quality is commendable, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer communication and service.
