I have been a customer of Kick9, inc. for a while now and I must say that their service is average. While they do deliver on their promises, the execution can be a bit lacking. The website kick9.com is easy to navigate and I appreciate their user-friendly interface. However, there have been instances where I have encountered technical issues and their customer support is not always helpful. Overall, I would rate Kick9, inc. as an average company.
