I have been a customer of Never give up for several years now and I must say that their service is just average. The quality of their products is satisfactory but nothing outstanding. The customer support is also just average, they are sometimes helpful but most of the time you have to wait for a long time to get a response. Overall, I would rate Never give up as an average company.
