I booked a private driver service from get-tours.it for a day trip, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. The driver was professional and the car was comfortable, but I wasn't completely satisfied. The tour itself was informative, but lacked a personal touch. It would have been better if there was more interaction and the driver provided additional insights. It was an average experience overall.
