I have been working at KPMG (Washington D.C.) for a year now, and overall, it has been a great experience. The work environment is supportive, and the company culture promotes collaboration and growth. The management team is transparent and open to feedback, which I have found to be refreshing. The opportunities for professional development and advancement are abundant, and there is a strong emphasis on work-life balance. The only downside is that sometimes the workload can be overwhelming, but overall, I am happy to be a part of the KPMG team.
