I recently had the opportunity to engage with this company's services through the US Army, and while my experience was satisfactory, there were some areas that could be improved. The communication process could have been more proactive and transparent, as I often found myself waiting for updates and information. Additionally, there were times when the level of professionalism was not consistently maintained. However, I do appreciate the company's commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering on their promises. Overall, my experience was average, and I believe with some adjustments, they could enhance their overall performance.
