I recently used their product configurator and found it to be quite user-friendly. The interface was simple and easy to navigate, making it convenient to customize products. However, I experienced some hiccups while trying to save my configurations, which was a bit frustrating. Also, I wish there were more options for customizing certain features. The customer service was helpful in addressing my concerns, which was a plus. Overall, it’s a decent platform for product customization, but there are areas that could be improved. I hope to see more updates and enhancements in the future to make the experience smoother. 🛠️
