I recently had the pleasure of working with Access Accounting Associates and overall, my experience with them was average. The website is nicely designed and easy to navigate, allowing me to quickly find the information I needed. The team was quick to respond to my inquiries and provided professional and polite assistance throughout the process. However, I found their service to be somewhat lacking in terms of attention to detail. While they were competent in handling basic accounting tasks, I noticed a few errors in their work that required me to reach out and have them rectified. Although they eventually corrected the mistakes, it was a slight inconvenience. In terms of pricing, they were reasonably competitive, but not exceptional. Overall, Access Accounting Associates provided satisfactory service, but there is room for improvement in ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
