I recently stayed at Nichols village hotel & spa and had an average experience. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, but the service left something to be desired. The staff seemed indifferent and not very attentive to guests' needs. The spa services were okay, but nothing special. Overall, it was an average stay.
